Today Sunday 9th February, 2014 the 09.30 Voyager 221 went through to Newton Abbot, possibly the first since the Dawlish Sea Wall incident. However the Essential tunnel works between Taunton and Exeter are due for completion today providing that its running to time, and tomorrow we may see again a differant timetable. At present tomorrows timetable is not available. One thing for certain, we are now marooned! with a landslide near Crewkerne cutting the west only link which is estimated to take several days to clear the debris. Many thanks Roger.
It is good to report this morning that the Crewkerne line is now open and that Whiteball tunnel has re-opened on time - congratulations to Nework Rail and their hard pressed staff.
