Good Evening Keith. I am attaching photos taken early pm today and believe these may be your first of the "naked" Devon end of the bridge.
It was remarked upon when we returned on the A38 Monday and I had first noticed that the scaffolding had at last been removed about a week ago but don't usually carry my camera on my twice weekly commute to Plympton.
