A visit to the depot saw a single oil tank parked adjacent to the turntable as oil is still transported by rail to St Blazey, in the background visible between the buildings a loan Class 60 awaits its move out of the duchy..
A visit to the gardens adjacent to the main line overbridge at Par resulted in photographs of the Fowey-Goonbarrow CDAs from the grass bank alongside the main line with the down loop also in view, Travelling on the 14.00 Penzance-Paddington service from Par I was able to capture the Par Harbour freight passing Liskeard on route to Cliff Vale, Stoke on Trent.
Sometime was spent at St Germans, the footbridge was dismantled on 31st May, a few hours after passing the site returning from my Okehampton visit and replaced by a temporary structure for a couple of months prior to the new replacement.
