Work continues on 4-6-2 No 60009 Union of South Africa in the SDRE workshops. The centre driving wheels have been removed using the wheel drop, and are currently standing in front of the locomotive. This has been moved slightly, so that the shed doors can be closed. Today's photo is attached; the people are SDRT museum volunteers on an official visit.
