The Lynton & Barnstaple Railway is to hold a public consultation at Blackmoor on Saturday 18th April to discuss their plans to extend the current Steam Railway from Killington Lane to Blackmoor Gate and Wistlandpound.
The exhibits will include plans of the route and designs for the engineering centre and rolling-stock sheds at Blackmoor Gate, as well as the station layout plans for Parracombe and Blackmoor
Planning applications to support the railway extension will be submitted shortly to the Exmoor National Park and North Devon local planning authorities.
The event will be held at the Blackmoor Gate public car-park from 10am to 4pm.
