Perranporth Beach Halt
Hi I saw this yesterday and looking at your site about railways and especially Perranporth thought you would like to know about this sign it has been uprooted and left by the wall as per photo I am staying at Warwick Lodge Liskey Crescent, Dennis Berry Many thanks Dennis - we'll see what comes of it.
My attention has just been drawn to a massive collection of railway photographs under the banner of 'Steamindex' carefully collected and assembled by Kevin Jones. For those of you seeking that rare picture nationwide it is well worth taking a look. www.steamindex.com/
A rare machine at Taunton
Plenty of clag!
The ‘King Pioneer’ tour ran on 9/5/98 but isn’t mentioned on the sixbellsjunction web site for some reason but it did run and it is depicted here in the charge of preserved Collett King class 4-6-0 no. 6024 King Edward I rounding Aller West Curve and ready for the blast up to Dainton tunnel.
