The monthly visit to the Exeter – Salisbury line produced a little surprise a few minutes ago. On the rear of the 0457 1Q23 Old Oak Common – Exeter (New Yard) was newly named power car 43013 ‘Railway Observer’. 43062 ‘John Armitt ‘ was leading. Oh this photograph was taken at Exhibition Way near the old Devon County Showground.
