Hello Keith, As requested a couple of photos of the bus replacement service at Penzance and St Erth.
First Great Western have re introduced the higher fares again after being suspended last week.
The 09.11 Bus to St Erth which makes the 09.46 train to Newton Abbot is the first service that off peak fares relate to. Previous when the through trains were running off peak fares were available on the 08.44 service from Penzance. Alot of people used that train, now they loose an hour or pay the higher fare on the 08.36 from St Erth. All the best, Roger.
One hopes that when things get back to normal that FGW will change the off peak trains back to as before the Dawlish disaster.
