19/1 Exploring part of the Turnchapel Branch on 18th December, 2015 by Roger Winnen

19/12/2015

I decided to explore parts of the Turnchapel Branch together with the recently opened railway bridge across the River Plym for a possible society walk in 2016. The weather was dark and dismal but it was well worth the effort and hopefully I can slot this into the 2016 programme.

A massive housing development is taking place at this once quiet spot after the railway closed in the area. More photographs in the Devon Galleries of years gone by on this branch.
