Last week, First Great Western unveiled a wrapped train to commemorate Bristol’s status as the European Green Capital 2015. HST power car No.43126 has been rebranded for the occasion. Today (Wednesday) saw it work into Cornwall leading 1C40, the 07.10 Plymouth to Penzance and returning with 1A83, the 10.00 Penzance to Paddington. I caught up with 43126 when the train reached Exeter at lunchtime. Two photographs are included for consideration on the site.
