It has been a while. I wondered if these images I took today at Goodrington Sands and on the bank might be of interest?  Barbara and I went over for our annual ‘fish and chips and steam locos’ day, which has been on hold since the Covid debacle.
 
I have not really kept up with the current scene and so did not know about the closure of Goodrington Sands station (which looks permanent) and also the BR black paint job on 4277. That looks recent also.

Andy Dunican replies from Torquay. He first saw 4277 outshopped from Churston Works on the 7th July 2022. The post Covid closure seems to have put pay to Goodrington and Churston stations being reopened in the near future.
Roger Winnen suggest
Whilst travelling on the Paignton & Dartmouth Railway recently, seat allocation tickets were being given to passengers travelling on all trains. To due this, Goodrington & Churston would need staff at both stations  for passengers purchasing tickets.

Hello Keith, here is the link to the bus question, anyone of our age would have used one of these, I can remember the Newquay -Whitemoor-St Austell service using one, which I used for Saturday Morning Cinema Club in St Austell.
