Just seen David Tozer’s report from Rewe this morning. The back to back power cars were looped at Dawlish Warren to allow a fault to be investigated. The movement continued to Exeter where it was dispatched back west. It was due to run to Leeds. Both power cars now have nameplates affixed - Laira Diesel Depot adorns 43184. I was working in Exeter panel today and recorded the move arrive - here are some pictures. Cheers, Martin D

A rather drab period for the beginning of 2023 will hopefully see some interest as the evenings pull out.
As for now, I've caught the odd castle set, and Colas 37s on the test train at Bristol Temple Meads on 24th March. All was not well with the deadmans playing up and dumping the brake. The train soon returned to Kingsland Road, but later departed back to Derby I understand.
A double view of Castle set 43010/092 passing Lantoom near Dobwalls and on a different day at Coombe St Stephen.
