Shunting the Night Riviera Stock at Long Rock

While out walking to Marazion station and back today 57605 'Totnes Castle' was engaged in shunting the Sleeper cars at Longrock Depot, the enclosed shots were captured for CRS

An interlude in Devon

I had a nice shot of the 'down' Blue Pullman HST planned for this morning (01.04.24), but the train running a little early and heavy holiday traffic on the A30 meant that unfortunately had to be abandoned. Instead I saw the 2+9 set stabled in Goodrington.

Carefully peeking over the tall wall at Goodrington, we see 43055 at the buffer stops, whilst a GWR IET awaits its next duty. Copyright Jon Hird.
