Please find below details of Charles' funeral arrangements plus a photo of Charles attached (copyright Totnes Image Bank)

I would be grateful if you could inform your members of Charles' passing on 09th Nov 2018, aged 78, and put the details of his funeral below on your news page. I hope that some members and followers of the CRS will be able to come and celebrate his life.

I am working on a short obituary piece for a later date.

11am Funeral service at Heart and Soul Funerals, Riverstone Hall,
18 Dart Mills, Totnes Road,  Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 ONF
This is just behind Buckfastleigh station.

followed by a wake at:
The Rising Sun Inn, Woodland, Ashburton, TQ13 7JT

There will be a cremation at a later date; this is not part of the ceremony.

On 16th the second train of sand / stone from Methrose at Burngullow is seen passing Lostwithiel in gruesome conditions. The loco is 66149. Another train due this coming Friday. Today. 16th November 2018. Copyright Craig Munday

19th Nov saw some sparkling light. the 10.03 from Paddington is a regular HST at the moment, so I captured the train heading west past Resparveth Grampound Road. The clouds brood ominously in the background, and were later to envelop the County. Copyright Craig Munday

I was at Goonbarrow earlier on a shift to see green liveried 150263 return from Newquay too. The North coast fairing better than the South that day it seemed. 20th November 2018. Copyright Craig Munday

The next day 43002 worked the service, and I was down west to capture it passing Scorrier, a lucky pocket of clear skies on a changeable day. 20th November 2018 Copyright Craig Munday

Finally the 21st November a busy St Blazey saw the RHTT receiving attention and loco 66104 was positioned smack on the new RHTT stop board as 66122 passed by having been fuelled to work the afternoon 6C53 to Exeter Riverside. 21st November 2018. Copyright Craig Munday

As can be seen by the photos there isn't much left. Rumours are that the grey wall is listed. Can anyone shed any light on this ? I will see if I can speak to someone on site when practicable.
