"The Class 50 Terminator - Phoenixed!"GBRf 50049 Defiance & 50007 Hercules also in the guise of 50 014 Warspite with The Class 50 Terminator – Phoenixed. As it was not activated on Real Time Trains, I suspect most of us had to wing it today to get a photograph; well it paid off for me. So this is the first of I expect many that you will see today. It passed me at 13.12 about 6 minutes late. By Mick House. Photos by Mick House & Martin Scane I’m sure you’ll get lots of photos but this is the down train at Redruth running 5 minutes late. And very smart they look too. Martin Scane. Many Thanks Martin. On the return leg of the journey, 50007 Hercules also in the guise of 50 014 Warspite was leading 50049 Defiance, with Real Time Trains activated the ensemble left Penzance 8 minutes late. By Mick House. Deltic Devonian Roger Geach, Clive Smith and Roger Winnen The 28th November 1981 saw Deltic 55016 Gordon Highlander work the 1Z40 railtour from Finsbury Park to Exeter St Davids via the Berks & Hants, returning to Liverpool Street via the Southern. The pictures show the Deltic passing Cowley Bridge Junction, amidst the throng of enthusiasts at St Davids and then passing Exeter Central signal box.
