Bird Strikes!
Julian Stephens

In one of Julians pictures of the GB X1V in the Combe Valley Julian apologised for the presence of a pidgeon, which was to be honest, not very obvious. I removed it with a small edit. So here are the two pictures before and after editing using my 12 bore editing tool.
Julian replied with a couple of pictures this time ruined by birds.

Hello again Keith
Next time you are in St. Austell would you bring your shotgun and sort out this fella on Platform 2?
Twice in the same week and each time he upset the auto-focus on the camera.
Good night, Julian

Many thanks Julian, I can understand that you were not amused - but I hope our viewers are 'sympathetically amused'!!
Bond Street Garage
Receives Re-paint
Picture
Bond street Garage receives a repaint. 29th April 2022 Copyright Keith Jenkin
After being up for sale for a time the 'For Sale' notice has been removed and the building has received a re-paint. Having been a garage throughout its life and speculation had been that it was going to be demolished for housing it now seems to be back in use for the servicing of motor vehicles.
