After making enquiries locally a new footbridge will be built within two years complete with lifts! Seeing is believing! Copyright Roger Winnen

Truro Problems
Cornish British Belmond Pullman
Nick Kiszczuk Andrew Triggs
Was out Truro way this evening and managed to catch a pullman train leave Truro for Truro yard, this was a timed operation but something went wrong and it stayed on Penwethers Junction. This left many service trains stranded and took almost an hour to resolve. The pullman is now stabled at Truro yard and the timetable recovering.   Nick.                                                          Many thanks Nick & Andrew

St Erth
Mike Roach
I write just before the 1st public train to operate from the revised St Ives bay platform arrives from St Ives.  This will be presumably be the 07.15 from St Ives - due at St Erth at 07.28.  The first service to St Ives originates from Penzance at 07.58.  KJ
It is with many thanks to Mike Roach that he reminds of of the 'old order' at St Erth as seen on the 31st December 2008.
