Long Rock Depot
Sunday Morning
Roger Salter

Signs of the end of the HST’S were apparent at Long Rock early today when the largest number of class 802’s were present so far namely 802103,802010 & 802016.The closing of the beach car park until July has hampered access although pedestrian access is provided

Dawlish Warren / Teign Estuary
Clive Smith

Some nice sunshine on Sunday 17th March 2019 allowed me to capture some of the changes taking place in our region in good light.

(1) An HST on the 08.35 Plymouth - Paddington skirts the River Teign viewed from Shaldon Bridge.

(2) Both sporting FGW Dynamic Lines livery, the 09.49 Paignton - Exmouth is viewed from Ringmore Road in Shaldon formed of a 2-car 150 and single car 153.

(3) An IET passes through Dawlish Warren with the 09.57 Paddington - Plymouth. The train would look so much more classier with an attractive streamlined livery rather than the drab all-over green. (and  I think its a case of 'and so say all of us')

                  Regards,   Clive Smith
Many thanks Clive
