Pictures 1&2) Former LNER operated Power Cars 43257 and 43299 with test coaches 975984 977994 977993 975814 and 975995 make a spirited departure from platform 1 Salisbury-bound with the monthly 1Q23 Reading-Exeter-Westbury-Southampton-Salisbury infrastructure monitoring train.
Pictures 3&4) DC Rail's 6Z52 1118 Oxford Banbury Road - Machen Quarry was re-routed from Thingley Junction to run down the Melksham single line to Westbury where on arrival at 1340 the train stabled on the down reception line. The loco, 60046 then went across to the up sidings and was refuelled before returning to the rear of the empty train and continuing its journey to South Wales, departure being at 1447hrs.

1) 70017 passing the junction with the daily well-loaded 4O57 1329 Wentloog - Southampton Maritime freightliner service.
2) 60017 working the 6B33 1335 Theale-Robeston empty fuel oil bogie tanks draws to a halt on the chord from Westbury East Loop Junction as another Freightliner operated train of stone empties, 6C48 1249 Appleford - Whatley hauled by 66620 runs across the junction heading towards Westbury.
3) 60017 waits a while longer as 165135 comes in towards Westbury on the 2O78 1242 Great Malvern - Weymouth.
4) 66553 runs off the Berks & Hants line into Westbury with a recently introduced working, 7Z60 1116 Brentford Town (Day's Aggregates Sdgs) - Merehead. 'Telephoto'ed' from Hawkeridge.

I am not (unfortunately!) a member, but follow your site avidly - thought the attached photos may be of interest!
The road from Treloggan down past the Trevemper depot site has been closed for a month for "essential" roadworks. On going along it for the first time since re-opening I was very surprised to see that the Trevemper goods shed had been almost totally demolished. I had to pull over to get some quick photos on my mobile.
