To all our very valued members, a note from our membership secretary.  Please note that due the virus and the fact that we are not having any indoor meetings until September this year we are having a holiday from subscriptions for a year. We have continued with the magazine and of course, as you will see, the website. Perhaps the word 'warning' is inappropriate it should read 'advice' but Christine has already had payments which are of course not necessary.
You will all be pleased to know that Christine, who has been seriously ill recently, is now much better and steadily improving. We all wish you well Christine and thank you for your much valued efforts.

Starcross showcase

Today we find Bill on a  trip down memory lane to Starcross, on the 26th July, 1997, when Summer Saturdays were far more interesting than they are now. The location is some 200 yards east of Starcross station.
