Hi Keith, I have attached a pic from the late Dave Pagett, a Signalman from Worcestershire who passed on a couple of years ago. He left has photo collection to me.
The attached picture from his collection seems to show a bit of a mishap, it is marked up as 4932 at Torquay August 25th 1962.
