50025 Invincible
Michael Forward & Michael Adams
Picture
Hello Roger, Michael Adams' photo. at Reading 0n 7 January 1982 shows class 50025 'Invincible' , on a Penzance to Paddington train. Michael Adams
Picture
Roger, By comparison, my own shot of 50025 taken on a hot 6 August 1983 along Dawlish sea wall with the 11.33 Manchester to Newquay. The loco. was refurbished the previous August and now carries the large logo livery. Sadly the engine was derailed at West Ealing in August 1989,after vandals placed material on the track and it was scrapped at Old Oak Common in October 1989. Thanks, best wishes, Michael Forward.
Many Thanks to you both
