Bristol to Minehead
Paul Barlow

Hello Keith

A few from way back in 2007 with the experimental Bristol to Minehead service which sadly did not last. A busy day for Minehead with a tour to London Victoria too!

Kind Regards

Paul

The Blue Survivor
Dennis Clarke

Hi Roger, Keith, Jon,

Here are a couple of pictures of 150219 arriving at and departing from Hayle on 19th June.

It is working 2C09, 09:15 Newquay to Penzance service, which reverses at Par.

I believe this diagram is there to free up the Newquay branch for the arrival from Bristol, which then forms 1A86 to Paddington,

Regards,
Dennis

One of two units still to wear its First Great Western blue and pink colour scheme, 150219 is a popular unit amongst enthusiasts and photographers, providing a little bit of colour in an otherwise endless stream of dark green trains. It's seen here on 19.06.24 arriving at Hayle with a Newquay - Penzance service. Copyright Dennis Clarke.
