Spot the difference at Rewe

Can you spot the difference between these two 'voyager' units? 221125 leads 221116 on the 0628 Penzance to Edinburgh. 221116 was recently transferred from Avanti West Coast to Cross Country. Copyright David Tozer.

For those who cannot... The fleet names are doubled on one unit.
Also at Rewe, 802002 and 802010 with the 0710 Penzance to Paddington. Recently there appears to be more of these units in service with the nose cone open. I just wonder why this is happening so often. Copyright David Tozer.
Many thanks David. I would guess that with rolling stock being as thin on the ground as it currently is, the nosecone door fault isn't seen as a high priority issue? It is a surefire way to spoil the looks though!
