A smashing view as Laira 2-car set P480 crosses the Tavy Bridge with the 14.15 from Gunnislake to Plymouth on 15th January 1983 Copyright Clive Smith Note that this was before half the bridge was repainted.

A view from the river in 2015 shows the Tavy bridge almost to its full extent. One wonders whether the next repaint will be to complete the spans on the left hand side of this picture or to repaint the whole bridge - a big job whatever. Copyright Clive Smith
