The recent photos of Falmouth Docks No 6 Steam Peckett loco at Poldark reminded me of photos I took when i was working for Marconi Marine in Falmouth Docks 1996 and the loco was in a disassembled state alongside no2 Dry dock.

​Please find attached a photo of the Looe branch, taken on a (for once!) glorious bank holiday Monday. The location is Plashford Bridge on 7th May, and 153 373 is captured running north away from the camera with the 1249 Looe - Liskeard, amongst some wonderful Spring foliage.

Clive writes :-  47438 and 50038 Formidable cross the Royal Albert Bridge on a glorious midsummer evening with the 18.15 Penzance to Bristol TM on the 14th June 1983. Probably not best to be pointing a camera westwards late evening but thankfully the low sunlight wonderfully illuminates the famous bridge and the train.
