'Where are we too?'
Roger Geach
Please can anyone id this location, a slide in my collection, I am not certain where it was taken but wonder if its on the Retew branch?
I dont have any date - its a agfa slide mount, looks to be late 60s/early 1970s..

I think this photo is of the Petersmarland clay works exchange sdgs. taken in the 1970’s.
The 4 sheeted Hyfits loaded with ball clay for the Stoke potteries and an almost certainly empty Vanfit that likely brought in wagon sheets (for covering such wagons) came probably from Bristol Lawrence Hill ( a wagon sheet store at that time) are waiting to be picked up by the daily “Down Over” Barnstaple to Meeth and return freight trip.
Bath Green Park Station
Back to Full Grandeur!
Paul Negus
Please find four images of Bath Green Park Station now that it has been returned to full grandeur. The reglazing of the train shed was completed in 2022 but the fire damage in 2023 has only recently been finished and the Herras fencing removed. There is a close up of the fire damaged wooden panels - you would never know that this is a replacement.
Kind regards
