Dear Roger,
Just looked at your images of a pair of class 25 taken at Burngullow on the 29/12/76, the lead loco is 25219 which was known to be milling around Devon and Cornwall in that year, but not for long as it was moved to Cardiff Canton in 1977. It is surprising how good the light is for December, other parts of the Country would be in rain, sleet and snow at this time of the year! Can't ID the other, but it is one with the earlier design of body shell with communication doors on the front ends.
A future tip, D1015 is so far booked for this year's Pathfinder Mazy Day Railtour on 28th June.
