Bubble Car Day - Bodmin Railway

The Bodmin Railway are holding a special 'Bubble Car Day' on Saturday 22.02 using resident class 121 DMU 121020. For more info, click here.

Visiting Narrow Gauge Loco - Lappa Valley Railway

The Lappa Valley Railway are hosting a visiting locomotive this weekend. 0-4-2 steam loco "Kilgharrah" will provide the traction as the railway runs two days of steam on the 7 1/4" Lakeside Railway. Admission to the railway is £8.50. For more info, click here.

Now we are on the harbour and on a boat trip and we see HMS Sheffield. Many will remember she was hit by a missile during the Falklands War with many crew losing their lives and more suffering serious injuries.She later sank in rough seas while under tow to South Georgia.
