A visit to Creech St Michael this afternoon (5th October 2023) produced Castle set 43188/092 working to Cardiff as 2U24, then followed by 66602 working 6C28, Exeter Riverside yd to Whatley empties.

Looking west across the front of Saltash Up side station building on the 14th November 1973 (1) Copyright Howard Sprenger. The building up the street beyond the station is the second Baptist Church on the site.
The present Church held it’s first service on Christmas Day 1991 and was dedicated and opened in March 1992 following the destruction of the second church by fire on Christmas Day 1987, following a break-in. The intruder probably started it while trying to keep warm!
