Members of the
Cornwall Railway Society visit The Exeter Panel Box
We were very grateful to Dennis Flood our Chairman who arranged this very interesting visit to the Exeter Panel Box giving us an insight to the workings of a large power box built in 1988 controlling from Totnes and Paignton in the west to Somerton on the Berks and Hants and Bridgewater and Highbridge on the Bristol Line.
We were also very grateful to Dayrl Milford and Colleagues from Network Rail who were most helpful explaining the workings of this large Panel Box for which we thank you very much indeed.
