St Germans

St Germans Station looking wesr on 26th November 1977, Copyright Roger Winnen. This was after the original signalbox, a wooden affair beyond the east end of the down platform was closed on the 6th May 1973 and control transferred to a room in the station building

Looking from the down platform across to the former goods yard. The goods yard supported one up refuge siding plus a goods shed with two sidings - these were removed in 1965. The yard is now occupied by a residential property shielded by some high trees, Copyright Roger Winnen.
