Double-Headed due to the diversion of the service from Exeter –Yeovil due to engineering work at Whiteball Tunnel. The two locos are required to haul the shortened train up the 1 in 37 incline from Exeter St. Davids - Exeter Central.
The aggregate is for use in the production of building blocks in London. It is known as block mix
