Good morning gents,
I wasn't going to send these photos in as they are only off my phone, and hence not the greatest quality, but I noticed you don't have too many photos of yesterdays excursion within the Duchy on your website, so they are here if you'd like them.
Just a few photos of 47746 running around and then shunting the stock away at Par after the passengers alighted for onwards travel to Fowey and the Eden Project.

All the best,

Jon Hird

The Return Journey
(2) This is 7.15 p.m. and a massive contrast to my evening light glint  photo of the same loco three weeks ago just down the road. A really dreary evening and not worth dragging myself out for so I thought I would view it from my open bedroom window and take a rudimentary shot. The Law Of Steam Locos dictates that if you are not poised with a camera then copious smoke will produce and so it did.  45690 Leander crosses Bittaford Viaduct with 1Z16 17.38 Par -Slough.  Clive Smith

Blue Pullmans down west
Simon Howard
See News 10th September - Blue Pullmans - a Cornish Connection, by Andrew and Diane Jones.  Simon has been doing some diligent research  and has come up with the following pictures available on Flickr.
Robert Carroll has three pictures of the working on Flickr:

And apparently there were two workings one 24/12/71 and the other 28/12/71 – the first having 1655 assisting one way and D1010 the other:
