A perverse own-goal by GWR.
Kind regards, Peter
Many thanks to you Peter. Oh and Happy Christmas 2016!!
I too like the new units but I already see detestable people putting their feet on the seats. Whether they do that at home is up to them but possibly having trodden in dog mess on route, or even urine in the toilets it is thoughtless to wipe ones feet on the lovely new seats. Could I suggest to GWR that you update your passenger information displays to remove information about Christmas 2016 and instead replace this with a notice asking people, to please, 'TO KEEP YOUR FEET OFF THE SEATS'. Maybe a few of these thoughtless individuals would take notice. I noticed that on the 'Turbo' units that many of the polite notices asking one to keep ones feet on the floor have been removed. At least a notice at a high level couldn't be ignored or defaced, or removed. Please do something about it GWR to make travel more pleasant for us all.

The two Pullman liveried class 67s looked awesome swishing through the Cornish countryside with their smart matching coaches.
The empty stock would soon arrive at Truro to pick up the folk for their return to Victoria.
